Eugene Teo is a LEAP Engineer at Red Hat Asia Pacific. He focuses on Independent Software Vendors going through joint projects with Oracle at the LEAP centre and other porting centres. He provides consultation for migration, porting, and performance tuning issues on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Eugene works on SystemTap and occasionally helps out in the Red Hat Security Response Team. Prior to Red Hat, he was a security researcher at the Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies, focusing on Linux kernel vulnerability research. Eugene is an active member of the Linux and open source community in Singapore for nearly a decade, having held different portfolios within the Linux Users' Group (Singapore). He has spoken at numerous events such as the 5th Asia Open Source Software Symposium in Beijing and SyScan'05 in Bangkok. He holds a bachelor's degree in computing from National University of Singapore, and is a Red Hat Certified Engineer.

Before joining Red Hat, Hak Beng worked as a consultant specialising in email security on a number of large scale projects across Asia. Dr. Yusseri is the former Consulting Project Director for the Malaysian Public Sector Open Source Software (MAMPU) initiative where he headed a team of consultants appointed by the government of Malaysia. He is currently the Chief Technical Officer of Omnilogic Sdn. Bhd., a Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) systems integration company in Malaysia. Yusseri is an active user, sometimes developer, and advocate of Linux and FOSS since 1994. Trained as an electronics engineer, Yusseri started his career in Malaysia as a Research and Development Manager in Open Source Systems Sdn. Bhd,a FOSS company before he became the chief technical officer at another FOSS company called DRB-HICOM Information Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (DHIT). It was at DHIT where he became a consultant to the Malaysian government's OSS Initiative.
